Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in New York City is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Façade & Garage Restoration to lead complex restoration projects. You will guide investigations, design, and construction administration for façades, parking structures, and building envelopes, coordinating with owners and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with façade restoration or related projects.
• Knowledge of NYC Building Code and restoration standards.
• New York PE license preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade, parking garage and structural restoration projects from investigation through design and construction administration.
• Perform field investigations, condition assessments, surveys, and structural evaluations.
• Manage NYC FISP / Local Law 11 façade inspection and repair programs.
• Develop repair and rehabilitation solutions for concrete, masonry, steel, façades, waterproofing and parking structures.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, technical reports, repair details and construction documents.
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits, RFIs and submittals.
• Coordinate with building owners, property managers, architects, contractors and other consultants.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
• Support proposals, fee development, client presentations and growth of the restoration practice.
