Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Equitable Electric Mobility, to drive equitable zero‑emission transportation policies across priority states as part of the Innovative Mobility team and TEEM Community of Practice in collaboration with The Greenlining Institute.

You will coordinate with TEEM partners to set strategic direction, deliver hands‑on coordination, capacity building, and peer‑learning opportunities, and manage budgets, reporting, and fundraising to support the

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years in social, political, environmental, or policy campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Commitment to belonging, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Strong group facilitation skills with diverse coalition dynamics.
• 2–3 years of experience in nonprofit environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%.

Responsabilités

• Co‑manage day‑to‑day TEEM cohort operations and campaign execution with The Greenlining Institute.
• Execute program workplans, track milestones, and ensure accountability across TEEM partners.
• Oversee program budget tracking, contract administration, and re‑granting to local environmental justice partners.
• Execute program evaluation plans, synthesize data, and report on metrics.
• Coordinate alignment between TEEM initiatives and external mobility coalitions and campaigns.
