Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle for electrical construction initiatives in Colorado. You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution across all phases, while managing budgets, cost forecasts, and stakeholder reports.

The role involves coordinating materials and subs, ensuring field submittals are timely, and leading meetings with ENG, procurement, and construction teams.

Qualifications

  • PM with full project lifecycle ownership.
  • Experience in field construction projects.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute projects across all phases.
  • Build and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reports.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and subs; resolve submittals.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor progress and momentum.
  • Track and approve change orders; ensure correct billing.
  • Keep ENG, procurement, and construction aligned on scope.
  • Own contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and records.
  • Proactively surface risks and schedule impacts; lead recovery.
  • Run progress meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Closeout including demobilization and lessons learned.
