Job summary

Bench Dogs is seeking a Project Manager to lead custom manufacturing and installation projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet Bench Dogs' quality standards and are delivered on time and on budget.

You’ll work alongside an established PM team to manage manufacturing and installation projects, leveraging EPICOR ERP and Microsoft 365 tools to optimize schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through installation and delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
