Job summary

Bench Dogs is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead manufacturing and installation projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets Bench Dogs' standards.

You’ll work with an established PM team on custom projects in a fast-paced environment and report progress to stakeholders, maintain schedules and budgets, and drive quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with custom manufacturing or fabrication is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-sales planning through production, installation, and delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders.
