Fleet Builders is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead residential construction projects, overseeing on-site operations from start to finish. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet schedules and budgets while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven site supervision experience in custom homes, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with construction management software to drive project

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites, especially residential custom builds.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses per plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Monitor safety protocols and OSHA standards across the site.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to verify work accuracy.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to optimize productivity and safety.
• Use construction management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract management to keep projects on track.
• Enforce construction protocols including blueprint reading and estimating.
