Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architectural discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proven knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Experience managing complex, multi-discipline projects with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project accounting, estimating, and scheduling procedures.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop written project plans defining scope, cost, and schedule parameters.
• Manage projects per company procedures and client contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Serve as client liaison and lead project meetings with authority to speak for the company.
• Supervise project team personnel and coordinate design professionals and staff.
• Monitor project status and inform management of developments affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
• Participate in contract changes negotiations and document key meetings and decisions.
• Assist in proposals, marketing materials, and technical presentations.
• Prepare project procedures manuals and other controls covering all work phases.
• Coordinate information flow to design teams and related disciplines.
