Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Project Manager to supervise community development and horizontal construction, coordinating with design teams and outside consultants. The role emphasizes schedule adherence, budget control, and effective reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in related fields, a relevant degree, and strong communication and analytical skills to drive on-time, high-quality homebuilding projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in community development or civil engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Urban Design/Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Advanced PC skills- MS Office Suite and PM software experience.
• Experience with Smartsheets and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and horizontal construction schedules, overseeing all construction activities and quality control.
• Coordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design.
• Supervise and coordinate with outside consultants for architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering.
• Provide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings.
• Create and maintain site budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with outside consultants for services such as architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering.
