Job summary

Emerald Blue in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead client-facing construction and FF&E projects, from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and risk are managed to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will engage with clients, Sales, Design and vendors, price labor, coordinate trades, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project-based environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and budgeting abilities.
• Ability to travel locally; occasional overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for projects; act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate across design validation, site readiness, installation, and closeout to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Develop labor quotes and plans; negotiate labor proposals for in-market and out-of-market work; manage vendor performance.
