Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in moving/installation.
• 3-5 years’ experience leading large projects.
• Ability to lead a crew (2–25+ people).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate daily with dispatch for assignments and schedules.
• Assist safety manager on safety issues.
• Work with accounting to process receipts and billable charges.
• Help control outside overhead expenses during installation.
• Prepare and maintain reports (DVIR, BOL, disposal forms).
• Document disciplinary actions with HR feedback.
