Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager coordinating with subcontractors and technicians.
• 2+ years' experience with building automation software or enterprise security systems.
• 2+ years' experience reading electrical and electronic diagrams.
• Experience with building automation platforms and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building automation and construction projects from start to finish.
• Support estimating, forecasting, and execution while communicating with clients.
• Coordinate material orders and scheduling with the Material Coordinator.
• Forecast costs and track budget performance throughout the project.
• Provide leadership and input to teams for estimation, design, and commissioning.
