Job summary

gpac is partnering with a reputable Architecture and Design Firm to hire an experienced Project Manager who will lead projects from initiation to completion in a collaborative culture. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 7–12 years’ experience across all project phases; architectural licensure is preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, with a strong focus on client relations and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
• 7–12 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Architectural license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Lead project teams and coordinate disciplines.
• Consult with clients on plans, contracts and proposals.
• Prepare schedules, estimates, budgets and procurement plans.
• Develop client relationships and professional growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate leadership and build relationships across levels.
