Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale AI-enabled lifelong learning platform. You will coordinate diverse teams, drive discovery through to deployment, and ensure milestones are met within budget and timeframes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, UX, data teams, and external partners, with potential leadership of junior staff. A strong PM background in complex digital products is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, PMP eligibility, and seven years of PM experience with progressive responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree, PMP eligibility, and five years of PM experience with progression in responsibility.
• Experience managing complex software and digital platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full life cycle from definition to evaluation.
• Coordinate multiple technical and functional teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and production deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across parallel workstreams.
• May serve in a lead role and supervise lower-level staff.
