Responsibilities

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site for OSHA violations and unsafe practices.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
