4 Corner Resources is seeking a Lead Project Manager who thrives on driving complex projects to success. The Lead Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and scope requirements. This role manages resources, schedules, risks, and quality standards while adhering to EPMO best practices.

Lead Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Applications, ServiceNow and Virtual School Administrator applications.
• Track project progress, metrics, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and scope, adjusting as needed.
• Lead team meetings, provide status reports, and communicate across leadership levels.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and feasibility studies.
• Drive problem-solving, collaboration, and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Develop and mentor project teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain compliance with industry best practices and professional development.
  

Lead Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Applications: Experience with ServiceNow or Virtual School Administrator platforms.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: PMP preferred.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in education (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Work Style: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

Lead Project Manager Additional Details:

• Location: Fully remote but must currently reside in Florida.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, EST hours.
• Compensation: Starting at $50/hr.
• Contract Length: 10 months, with potential for extension (permanent placement not guaranteed).
