Job summary

Ironsmith Fire, LLC is seeking a Major Projects Foreman to lead field teams on our most complex install projects in Nashville, TN. The role involves daily onsite supervision, mentoring junior crew members, and ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with fire protection standards.

The candidate should have extensive field experience in fire sprinkler systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience.
• NICET certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the major projects teams and supervise field crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Mentor and develop less experienced foremen and fitters.
• Maintain documentation, permits, and inspections at the job site.
• Communicate goals and progress in daily huddles and with stakeholders.
