Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation, Shelbyville, Kentucky, is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of Project Engineers from handoff to full production, delivering new product launches on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Estimating, PPAP expertise, DFMA, and manufacturing process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent product launches.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers from handoff to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through PPAP and production release.
• Develop integrated schedules, monitor milestones and budgets, manage risks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on RFQs and launch assumptions.
• Ensure project performance aligns with cost, quality and delivery targets.
