You will guide new products from initial handoff through design, tooling, equipment, process development, validation, customer approval, and full production—balancing technical execution with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers and oversee multiple launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from definition through PPAP approval and production release.
• Maintain integrated schedules, monitor milestones and budgets, and manage risks.
• Guide equipment, tooling, automation, and process development decisions.
• Oversee procurement, installation, qualification, and validation activities for launches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on RFQs, concepts, and capital requirements.
• Monitor spend for tooling and launches and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Partner with various departments and suppliers to resolve issues and meet commitments.
• Standardize reporting and apply lessons learned to improve future launches.
