Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to support the FAA Enhanced SWIM Cloud Service program in the Mission Networks sector. The role focuses on managing cost, schedule, and technical aspects across the project lifecycle to meet targets.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Strong leadership and risk-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 2+ years preferred. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience accepted.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects within program guidelines.
• Provide full lifecycle Project Engineering support for deployment and integration efforts.
• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule constraints.
• Manage large, strategic initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and disposition program-level risks.
