Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in project engineering, plant design, or EPC environments.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Experience preparing technical scopes, estimates, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement and opportunity development with the regional business development team.
• Lead preparation of engineering scopes, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Deliver engineering projects across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Develop a network of qualified engineering subcontractors in North America.
• Mentor and grow the regional engineering capability.
