Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer.
• Strong experience in mining, mechanical, process plants, or heavy industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting construction or plant execution.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate mechanical and process systems.
• Identify design gaps and operational challenges.
• Ensure systems are aligned with real operating and site conditions.
• Participate in technical bid evaluations and vendor coordination.
• Support key equipment packages and installation feasibility.
