Job summary

Daphne Technology seeks a Lead Project Engineer to drive the successful delivery of customer projects from concept to commissioning, leading mechanical, electrical and system integration efforts.

The role balances project execution with system integration, technical leadership, and customer-facing responsibilities. You will interface with customers, vendors, and Daphne’s engineering teams to balance requirements, performance, manufacturability, cost and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 10 years of oil & gas or midstream experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Experience with suppliers, manufacturing and field installations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resources
• Lead system integration and cross-disciplinary trade-off analyses
• Act as technical interface with customers during project execution
• Identify risks and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations
