Volt is seeking a Direct Hire Project Engineer (Land Development) in Santa Clarita, CA. You will lead the engineering design and execution of land development and civil infrastructure projects. The role requires developing work plans, schedules, budgets, and delivering technical documents.

You will oversee progress to ensure quality, budget, and schedule objectives, and provide guidance to engineers, designers, and CAD drafters. Collaboration with clients and agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• PE license or 6+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• Strong land development and site design knowledge.
• Experience with project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation and CAD drafting standards.
• Knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic analysis principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering design and execution of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop project work plans, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Oversee project progress to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and supporting docs.
