This client-facing leadership role carries full ownership of delivery, budgets, and team performance, with mentoring opportunities for junior engineers.

You will manage project schedules end-to-end, coordinate internal designers and external consultants, and produce complete permit-ready construction documents for review and approval.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• 7+ years of land development experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

A well-established design and engineering firm is looking for a Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead commercial and residential land development projects from concept through completion.

This is a client-facing leadership role with full ownership of delivery, budgets, and team performance, alongside the chance to mentor and develop junior engineers.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, run the project schedule end to end, and coordinate internal design staff and external consultants to produce complete, permit-ready construction documents.

What you'll do

• Own each project start to finish, from planning and scheduling through delivery.
• Coordinate design and production of construction documents across internal teams.
• Plan and manage every project phase, keeping work on schedule and on budget.
• Provide construction-phase support, including site visits and shop drawing review.
