Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Civil Project Engineer for a well-established Southern California land development practice. You’ll own portions of projects from early design through permitting and into construction, collaborating with PMs, agencies, and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7+ years in civil engineering, strong Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills, and an EIT. PE in progress is a plus; on-site work in Santa Clarita, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of civil engineering experience in land development or public works.
• EIT certification is required; PE licensure in progress or recently obtained is a plus.
• Strong Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills and familiarity with local standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil plans, calculations, and specs for land development and public improvements.
• Design grading, drainage, street, sewer, water, and storm drain systems.
• Perform hydrology/hydraulic analyses and earthwork calculations.
• Coordinate with PMs, agencies, and field teams on design and permitting.
• Respond to plan-check comments and assist with project closeout and as-built docs.
