Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role including team development.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to design and operations.
• Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling.
• Project Management and Contract Administration skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, specs, and cost estimates with feasibility studies.
• Ensure designs meet standards and validate field work.
• Review engineering submissions for accuracy.
• Direct vendors and contractors to manage project execution.
• Coordinate schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Plan layouts with vendors to meet utility requirements.
• Maintain project documents and vendor contacts.
• Prepare proposals and define scope of work.
• Submit regular reports to management on project status.
• Manage contract administration and bid packages.
• Monitor installations to ensure they meet specifications and stay within budget.
