Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technical projects in the food industry.

• Direct vendors and contractors to ensure project execution within schedule and budget.
• Validate designs meet codes and prepare as-built drawings; review submissions for accuracy.
• Coordinate schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and management; monitor project progress and report to leadership.
