Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead large-scale, complex technical projects in the food/meat processing sector, supervising engineers directly or indirectly and driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience and 2 years in leadership; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role including team development and management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of installation/construction project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Manage project execution by directing vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate project schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare and review project documents and reports.
• Ensure designs meet standards and codes; validate field work and create as-built drawings.
• Submit regular reports to management on project status.
