Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive large-scale projects in the food industry. You will oversee design, development and implementation of innovative solutions, and lead a team of engineers across multiple sites.

You will manage schedules, budgets and vendor relationships, develop specifications and cost estimates, review submissions, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering economics.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and manage multi-million-dollar projects.
