Job summary

The role supports GA-EMS products and technologies, reporting to the Manager of Project Engineering and coordinating with the Program Management Office.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, staffing, cost, and performance commitments, while delivering engineering work products for milestone reviews and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Designs engineering development efforts and leads execution of engineering processes.
• Manages cross-functional engineering teams and resources to meet schedules.
• Represents the project team to management and customers.
• Provides regular updates to the PMO and senior leadership.
• Ensures compliance with IMS and PMP plans.
• Leads development of engineering inputs to program IMS and budgets.
• Supports proposals and interfaces with customers.
• Maintains documentation and formal records.
