Job summary

Lancesoft in Fall River, MA is seeking a Level 4-5 Project Engineer to lead autonomous underwater vehicle programs within the Fall C5S Engineering organization. This onsite role involves guiding multi-disciplinary teams through proposal, design, development and delivery of next-generation products, acting as a key decision maker and mentor.

The position requires a SECRET clearance, a relevant engineering degree with leadership experience, and a strong background in technical proposal

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or Mathematics/Computer Science with 6+ years' relevant experience, including 1 year in leadership.
Graduate degree with 4+ years' related experience.
Experience in developing, proposing, managing, implementing, testing products and system solutions.
Recent leadership experience and direct participation in technical proposal development, cost estimation and client planning.
Previous DoD engineering development experience.
Requirements analysis and definition experience.
EVM/CAM experience and cost/schedule integration.

Responsibilities

Key interface between the Engineering team and Program Management.
Ensure all technical performance, cost and schedule goals on the program are met.
Advise senior management and customers on advanced technical studies and applications.
Identify and manage program technical risks.
Establish schedule, resource, budget, and tool requirements for tasks.
Ensure engineering processes are followed on projects.
