This Project Engineer will be supporting the Avionics D5/LE team. The key responsibilities include:
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Project Management: Tell me about the most difficult challenge you have faced in getting others to follow your lead in completing an assignment. What obstacles arose? How did you deal with them?
Be accountable: Give me an example of a time you went above or beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done.
Risk Management: Tell me about a time you were involved in a business risk. What was the outcome?
Analytical Ability: Detail a time you acted on analysis from a teammate or external source. How did you utilize the data, and how did you collaborate with others to understand and act on the findings?
Communication: Can you describe a time when you had to deliver a presentation or report to your team or to a group of stakeholders. Who was the audience, how did you prepare and what technology platform did you use to deliver it? How did it turn out?
Organization Fit: How does a company encourage your willingness to go the extra mile, spend more time working, and do what is needed to get the job done?
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
