Job summary

You will manage workload, ensure technical consistency, mentor engineers and designers, and coordinate with discipline engineering leaders to close gaps and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise team workload, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate development of technical bases, bills of material, specifications, data sheets, and conceptual drawings.
• Review outputs for completeness, constructability, technical consistency, and estimate readiness.
• Ensure application of approved standards, templates, workflows, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, and discipline engineering leaders.
• Identify assumptions, exclusions, risks, and information gaps affecting project scope or price.
• Mentor engineers and designers and support individual development plans.
• Capture feedback and lessons learned for the Technical Infrastructure Platform.
