Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and 10+ years of related experience (or 14 years if non-degreed).
• Excellent communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.

• Detail-oriented and time-conscious, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control of work per contract.
• Develop fully integrated EPC schedules or cost control programs.
• Recommend recovery plans for schedule or cost impacts or delays.
• Lead Scheduler to analyze schedule variances and present to internal groups and client.
• Lead Cost Specialist to maintain cost systems and provide reports.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate mitigation plans.
