Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required or higher with eight years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
• Develop integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules/cost control programs.
• Recommend solutions or recovery plans for schedule/cost impact or delays.
• Analyze the Project Margin Analysis Report (PMAR) and cost variances.
• Coordinate estimate development with the Project Estimator and communicate variances and mitigations to Project Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
