Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the integrated controls for large-scale power generation projects in a matrix organization.

You will ensure accurate, timely forecasts on cost, schedule, progress, and cash flow while coordinating with Project Directors and Managers. The role requires a 4-year degree with extensive experience in Finance, Accounting or Engineering in EPC/EPF oil and gas, with SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree plus 10 years’ experience, or 14 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or Engineering in EPC/EPF projects in oil and gas.
• Ability to work within a matrix organization and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated project controls effort for large-scale power generation projects or a portfolio of smaller projects.
• Develop and maintain cost, schedule, progress, and cash flow forecasts to provide forward-looking insights.
• Prepare and support weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of controls processes.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and invoicing milestones to ensure financial integrity.
