Job summary

ARB, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead cost management, forecasting, scheduling oversight, and risk analysis across large industrial EPC projects.

The role partners with project management, engineering, finance, procurement, payroll, and field operations to keep projects on budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project controls within EPC/industrial settings, direct‑hire leadership experience, and proficiency with EcoSys, P6, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, finance, or related field preferred and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading project controls teams on direct‑hire construction projects.
• Experience with EPC/industrial construction projects and/contracts types.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project controls for a portfolio of industrial construction projects.
• Support project managers with cost controls, scheduling, forecasting, EVM, and risk management.
• Provide leadership to project controls engineers, schedulers, and estimators.
• Ensure compliance with governance, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Generate cost and schedule risk assessments and provide executive reporting.
