Job summary

TAR is seeking a Project Controller based in Austin with regular on-site work in West Texas to own cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for a utility-scale campus. You will support project financing through lender reporting and funding requests, coordinating across EPC and Tier-1 vendors.

You will drive cost accuracy, manage commitments and invoices, and maintain the cost controls systems as the single source of truth for multiple campuses moving from development into execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or cost management on major capital projects.
• Construction project control experience within an EPC, infrastructure company, or owner of major capital projects.
• Experience with project financing requirements, including lender reporting and funding requests.
• Contract administration: commitments, change orders, invoicing, and payment applications.
• Fluency with project controls and cost management systems; high ownership and precision.

Responsibilities

• Own project cost controls, cost management, forecasting, and reporting across solar and storage campuses.
• Administer EPC and supply contracts to ensure financial compliance and tight cost control.
• Track commitments, change orders, invoices, and payments; reconcile to budget.
• Maintain project controls systems as the single source of truth from development to execution.
• Build budgets and baselines with leadership as campuses move to execution.
• Support financing activities with lender reporting and funding documentation.
