DesignGroup is seeking a Project Architect to lead technical documentation and coordination across complex projects. You will collaborate with architects, designers, planners, and project managers to translate design intent into accurate construction documents while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of professional architectural experience, with exposure to healthcare projects and strong proficiency in Revit and CAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Healthcare architecture experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and construction documentation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical lead for assigned projects and coordinate with project teams.
• Develop comprehensive construction documents that fulfill design intent.
• Meet internal document production and coordination deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and vendors for integrated solutions.
• Lead building code reviews and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Participate in quality reviews to maintain firmwide technical standards.
• Attend owner and user meetings to capture project requirements.
• Coordinate drawing sets across disciplines for accuracy and completeness.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs for conformance with design intent.
• Support construction administration through site visits and observations.
