Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.

We are seeking a well rounded Hospital Architect who can lead and execute hospital focused architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires a hands on professional who is equally comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating consultants, and producing high-quality Revit documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning projects end-to-end while maintaining design integrity, technical excellence, and schedule adherence.

Role Overview Project Leadership & Management

• Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)
• Oversee permitting and regulatory approval processes

Design & Technical Execution

• Develop design concepts and carry them through all project phases
• Prepare and oversee production of construction documents using Revit
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project goals
• Maintain quality control standards across all deliverables
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction

Required
