Job summary

You will oversee design studies, coordinate consultants, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the studio's design culture. US licensure and 7+ years' experience preferred; Revit proficiency required.

Qualifications

• US licensure and 7+ years of post-graduate experience.
• M.Arch or B.Arch degree required.
• Portfolio showing design and construction documentation.
• Fluent in English and valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design studies and ensure design continuity across phases.
• Interface with clients and coordinate consultants.
• Oversee CD sets and construction documentation.
