Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
• Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of project documentation from schematic design through construction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Principals, and design teams to execute project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documents for a variety of project types.
• Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams and assist in resolving design and construction challenges.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal team members throughout the design and documentation process.
• Participate in client meetings and support project communication efforts.
• Oversee project documentation quality and help ensure deliverables meet schedule and project requirements.
• Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting field observations, and assisting with project closeout.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with presentations, project coordination, and design implementation throughout all project phases.
