Job summary

LJC is seeking an experienced Project Architect in Denver, Colorado, to lead construction administration for a portfolio of residential projects. This role demands an architect who excels in field-to-drawing-board feedback, ensuring accurate documents while construction is ongoing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience with a focus on multifamily and/or student housing.
• Registered Architect nearing licensure or with a current license.
• Demonstrated experience with Construction Administration and types of construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration from IFC issuance through substantial completion.
• Review and respond to RFIs, process submittals, and issue ASIs.
• Conduct site visits and document project progress and field reports.
