Qualifications

• Licensed Architect preferred; actively pursuing licensure acceptable.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in CAD/Revit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating consultant teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for thoughtful design and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
• Develop thoughtful design solutions balancing creativity with constructability.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.
• Prepare and oversee CAD/Revit documentation for permitting and construction.
• Meet with clients, present design concepts, and guide projects through the design process.
• Coordinate municipal reviews and permitting.
• Provide construction administration services as required.
• Collaborate closely with design team and mentor emerging professionals.
