Job summary

Period Architecture, Ltd. in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks a Project Architect to guide the design and client experience from concept through construction, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will produce full architectural sets, coordinate with clients and consultants, conduct site visits, survey existing structures, mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm’s growth through ongoing education and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture.
• Strong documentation, technical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create full architectural sets from Pre Design through Construction Documentation using AutoCAD.
• Manage communication with clients, partners and consultants throughout the design process and construction.
• Visit designs in construction and provide construction observation services.
• Survey existing structures with members of the firm when applicable.
• Supervise, train and share knowledge with Intern and Junior Architects.
• Contribute to Period's development and growth through continued education and collaboration within the firm.
