Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years of experience.
• Architectural Registration required.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads team and other Project Architects in planning work.
• Collaborates with PIC/PM in defining project work plans.
• Leads creation and modification of implementation documents.
• Supervises preparation of documents by architectural team.
• Communicates with client representatives for design verification.
• Coordinates with PM, clients, public agencies and contractors.
• Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation.
