Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Architect to join its Buildings + Places team in Houston, Dallas and Austin, Texas. You will lead design efforts, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates possess a Texas licensure, strong software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and a proven track record in design leadership, documentation and client interaction, with on-site work expected across the western Texas markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership for projects across commercial, industrial, logistics and interiors sectors.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and stakeholders to integrate solutions.
• Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation including drawings, specs, and reports.
• Support client engagement with presentations and design reviews.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to deliver on time and budget.
• Demonstrate design excellence and clear communication.
