Job summary

PDA is a West LA architecture office focusing on modern single-family residential projects, commercial work, and adaptive reuse. The firm seeks a Project Manager/Architect with 8–10 years of experience to lead projects across all phases, with independent work and collaboration from senior staff and the principal.

Qualified candidates will be very skilled in Revit, AutoCAD/2D drawing, rendering software, and basic office programs. Licensing-track candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from a US-accredited program.
• Minimum 8–10 years of project management in residential/commercial work.
• Strong Revit experience and proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Excellent English written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate client contact and consultants/contractors.
• Prepare and assemble design presentation drawings and CD sets.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and permitting processes.
