Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program scheduling or project controls experience for complex engineering, manufacturing, or defense programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling principles including critical path analysis, schedule risk management, baseline management, and earned value concepts.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple defense and aerospace programs.
  • Partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to define project scope, WBS, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path activities, analyze impacts, and propose recovery plans to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare schedule metrics, variance analysis, and executive-level reports for reviews and customer meetings.
  • Ensure schedule integrity with accurate logic, resource loading, milestone tracking, and baselines.
