Job summary

The Tipping Point Fund seeks a Lead Program Officer to drive grantmaking strategy and manage priorities in public engagement, policy, and data measurement. You will build strong donor relations, refine programs with the Executive Director and NVF staff, and oversee due diligence and reporting to ensure impact investing field-building success.

You will refine grant strategies, design solicitations, coordinate with the fiscal sponsor, and help prepare materials that inform funders and advance

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 7-15 years’ experience in impact investing or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in a field with impact investing knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with philanthropy, grantmaking, strategy development, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute grantmaking strategy in consultation with ED and funders.
• Develop positions on grant themes using landscape analysis and outreach.
• Design and execute RFPs, solicit proposals and grant recommendations.
• Provide due diligence, TA to applicants, and coordination with the ED.
• Coordinate with fiscal sponsor on budgets and grantee compliance.
• Plan donor meetings and facilitate ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Represent learning insights to funders and manage reporting.
• Develop communications materials to showcase learnings.
• Oversee contracting, consultants, and project staff as needed.
